

About Me

I’ve always been drawn to movement and expression. As a child, I loved being outside, playing sports, and feeling the energy of life in motion. Later, my path led me to the entertainment industry, where I explored the art of storytelling through physical forms—a way to live, dream, and express countless possibilities.
​Yoga became a turning point, bringing a sense of connection and a safe, nurturing space within myself. It opened my mind to layers of devotion and awareness I had never accessed before, inspiring a path of deeper growth and development.
When I began exploring Somatic Experiencing, I discovered something I hadn’t known was possible: a profound sense of being truly at home within myself. Even into adulthood, I had struggled with social anxiety and chronic physical discomfort. Through Somatic Experiencing, I experienced a paradigm shift—deep, noticeable changes both mentally and physically. I gained a clarity I had never known before. I could finally let go of tension I hadn’t even realized I was holding. My body felt lighter, and I moved through life with greater ease. Slowly, I became more centered, confident, and aligned.
Since then, I have immersed myself in the study of Somatic Experiencing, integrating insights from a wide range of modalities and disciplines. I’ve refined my approach, harvesting tools that allow me to offer a deeply embodied and effective method—one that supports lasting transformation and empowers individuals to break free from old patterns.
Now, I bring everything I’ve learned—through movement, self-exploration, and deep transformation—into my work. My mission is to guide others toward reconnecting with their bodies in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and deeply healing. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, a greater sense of vitality, or a path toward wholeness, I am here to support you.
